Who is this for:

We are looking for females and allies who are go getters, self starters, hustlers, innovators, changemakers and upper limit shatterers - leaders of all sorts! Whether you are an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur, an executive director or a CEO - if you are a working mom, a young career woman or even a woman looking for some purpose, direction and something more, look no further, you are welcome here. We support leaders of all sorts even if you don’t identify with the word leader (yet).

Leadership is a choice we make. Most female leaders either shy away from their natural and unique leadership abilities or don’t capitalise on the value we have to offer. You can step into your leadership role with the natural ease and grace that you may not realise you already have or you can continue trying to fit into the mold that is leadership to date. The choice is yours, we will walk alongside you.

What to expect:

4 Gatherings per year with approximate dates:

• January 31st 2020
• April 2020
• July 2020
• October 2020

During the 1st gathering on January 31st, 2020 leaders and allies will come together to discuss the many challenges women in leadership face. Together we will shape what we want each gathering to look like and set the stage for a brave and safe space to work together where everyone’s contributions are heard and respected. We will brainstorm ideas and then focus on particular challenges of interest that the group as a whole chooses to work on. We will discuss options and design actions for progression and forward movement, set individual goals to work towards and hold each other accountable to becoming the leaders we are capable of being.

At each subsequent gathering we will have an opportunity to revisit progress from the last gathering as well as focus on a new challenge or area of growth moving forward.

Tools and homework inquiries may be offered and are optional.

No gathering will be the same. We will select from a wide range of local and possibly outside talent to provide speakers and facilitators with leadHership expertise for you to learn from. If you are interested in offering some leadHership wisdom please contact us.

Food will be provided.

Investment:

$200.00 plus tax per person, per gathering or $650.00 plus tax per person annually

• LeadHers are encouraged to seek the support of the organisations you work for to assist in your professional development and provide full or partial financial coverage.
• $25.00 of every registration will go towards a fund for LeadHERs who may not otherwise be able to attend. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and successful candidates will be selected by Pursuit Coaching Services, Yukon College and WEKH.
