Lead with clarity. Grow with confidence. Rise with purpose.
Founded in 2019, Eve Rising symbolizes the beginning—the dawn, the eve of something new.
It represents the awakening of women in LeadHership: women stepping fully into their power, their voice, and their purpose.
Eve Rising was created in response to what many women leaders experience but rarely name—the quiet weight of responsibility, the pressure to perform within outdated leadership models, and the longing for a way to lead that is aligned, sustainable, and true.
This is leadership development rooted in permission, presence, and purpose.
This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about returning to who we already are, and leading from a place of integrity.
LeadHership in the North calls for something deeper than traditional leadership models.
It requires heart, resilience, and a values-based, community-centered approach that reflects who we are, where we live, and who we serve.
Northern leaders often navigate complexity that isn’t captured in textbooks, close-knit communities, cultural diversity, geographic distance, limited resources, and high visibility. Eve Rising honors these realities by offering leadership development that is relational, holistic, and grounded in lived northern experience.
Rather than prescribing rigid frameworks, Eve Rising supports women to build the conscious awareness, confidence, and adaptability required to lead with integrity, care, and impact in northern contexts.
The Eve Rising LeadHership Development Program is a six-month (plus make-up sessions), holistic leadership journey designed specifically for northern women navigating complexity, visibility, and responsibility, without losing themselves in the process.
Built by northern women, for northern women, this program blends coaching, reflection, skill-building, and community to support women in leading with authenticity, resilience, and impact, without conforming to outdated leadership norms.
This is leadership development that meets northern women where they are and supports where we’re going together.
This program is designed for:
You don’t need a formal title to belong here.
If you’re influencing decisions, holding responsibility, or feeling called to lead differently, you’re in
the right place.
Over the course of the program, participants engage in:
This is not a lecture-style program. While there will be guided learning and information sharing, the experience is highly participatory. You get out of it what you put into it.
This is a co-created program, shaped alongside the LeadHers in each cohort. While content may evolve to meet cohort needs, the program is currently designed around five core components:
This flexible structure ensures the experience remains relevant, responsive, and aligned with the lived realities of participants.
Women, and the organizations they lead within, choose Eve Rising because it delivers meaningful, sustainable leadership growth for the northern leadHers, in the north.
Women join Eve Rising because the demands of leadership are real and so are the costs of carrying them alone.
Through this program, participants experience:
For employers, Eve Rising supports retention, engagement, and leadership capacity by investing in women who lead with clarity, resilience, and relational intelligence.
It’s common for women leaders to hesitate—especially when they’re already carrying full plates.
“I don’t have time.”
“I can’t take time off work.”
“I’m not senior enough yet.”
“I’m too senior for this.”
“I should wait until things settle down.”
“I can’t justify spending money on myself.”
“I’m already doing fine.”
These thoughts are understandable—and they often signal that support, clarity, and space to reflect are needed most.
What’s required instead:
Leadership doesn’t get lighter on its own. It gets lighter when it’s supported.
